There are two branches of Barefoot Herbs in Gauteng, one in Muldersdrift and one in Meyerton. Both have working herb gardens, and you can follow the progress of alterations and seasons in our photo gallery. You are also welcome to visit, the Muldersdrift branch is open Wednesday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm. To visit the Meyerton branch please phone to make an appointment.
All of our herbs are grown and harvested for use in health remedies, beauty products,
culinary mixes and gifts. The produce is organically grown -
In addition to supplying our own range of herbal products, we also sell the raw materials for you to make your own. You can buy your herb plants, dried herb plus many other things that you may need.
We publish a newsletter which covers two herbs in detail each month. It is sent
by email and is available on this web-
We run several one day workshops, plus a comprehensive home and family course which introduces you to the world of herbs. In just one morning a month for a year, you can be learning how to successfully grow and harvest your own herbs, plus make your own herbal products for medicine, cooking and bath and beauty use.
Muldersdrift Garden Meyerton Garden Looking Good Now

Our gardens are ‘working gardens’, and not purely decorative. Herbs and seeds are
constantly harvested for use in our products. Because of this the plants may sometimes
look straggly or untidy; you may wonder why a ‘dead’ looking plant has not been removed;
weeds may be growing where you think they shouldn’t and flowers may not have been
dead-
Don’t worry! It is all part of the life in a working herb garden and things are as they should be!
